CANCELLATION OF MTN CONTRACT

One of my contracts with MTN has expired on the 13th of April 2015 and i'm trying to cancel the contract with e-mails on the 04th of April 2015 to the MTN Service Provider and [Email Removed] I also call 808 with the Cancellation / deactivation Procedure without success! To-day i have holding the line (808) at the local MTN shop for literalle two hours without success! Can someone please help me to cancel this contract (I would like to use this number as a prepaid). Thank you
