Cancellation of Month to Month MTN contract.

Trying to cancel my month to month contract on MTN, number *** Have been to the Secunda Mall MNT store, seems they and customer services champion systems do not talk to each other. Since Sunday the 19 of Feb trying to get contract cancelled, even had to pay R337.55 on that day at 13h31 and then Sunday the 26th of Feb, same amount been deducted from my personal account again. Trying to phone customer care again this morning 27th of Feb but MTN keeps transferring me and then on hold and then the line goes off. This state between load shedding and MTN store and customer care it seems that no service is available at all. Would not recommend MTN to anyone.
