Cancellation of mobile contract is not happening - No problem???? :(

<p>I wanted to cancel the one number on my mobile contract before we left the country in December. The store staff advised me to keep it running until it expires end February 2018. I explained to them that we are re-locating overseas, I cannot return for a year but they said, no problem, I can then only send an email with my details and it will be cancelled. Well , I have been trying since end February with emails to almost everyone I know - no success. I even sent my sister, with a letter, copy of my ID and all required, but still no go.... I have to personally cancell this according to the MTN store now</p>
