Cancellation of contracts.

Mtn is the worst service provider. Their customer service consultants are so *********** and I am still awaiting a response to an email I sent customer service 3 weeks ago. I contacted their customer service on the 10th January 2022, I requested them to cancell my 2 contracts and to date the numbers are still active. I made endless follow up calls and spoke to over 10 people and my request is still not actioned.
