Cancellation of contract NOT done!

MTN is by far the worst service provider there is.

After numerous calls to MTN requesting for a contract to be cancelled and receiving confirmation that the contract is indeed cancelled, I am still receiving calls from DSV the courier company requesting for my delivery address as they would like to deliver my phone from MTN.

From where I am standing it appears that this contract was not cancelled, MTN consultants seem to say one thing but do another.

I need this issue resolved before month end, as I will not take this issue lightly should a debit order go through for a device I cancelled a month ago.
