Cancellation of contract ignored for months

I had a device which wasn't working properly. Reported the issue and they told me that they'll send in DSV to collect the device, I didn't receive any reference number from the guy. I called the customer care, explained everything to them and asked for them to cancel my contract. Till date they're sending me invoices of outstanding amounts. I really don't know what to do.
