Cancellation of contract

I am so frustrated as I am typing this email. As your service is so appalling. I spoke to one of the agent regarding cancelling my contract as I am done paying. Instead the lady sent me an upgrade application, stating I have acknowledged that I want to upgrade of which I am not interested in. Luckily I have recorded the phone call and I did stipulate that I am not interested in any of your services.

Please sort this out as soon as possible because all I want from Mtn is to cancel my contract.
