Cancellation Of Contract

Several emails have been sent regarding my cancellation of the contract and refund of the disputed debit order fee and R1089.50 reversal of the debit order. No action has been taken. I get a mail stating that the data contract is now been migrated to a pre-paid. I did not ask for this. I want my query to be actioned accordingly. No one from Mtn has bothered phoning me. Your customer service sucks.
