Cancellation of contract !

I’ve been trying to cancel my MTN contract, called the call centre and the lady who helped was really helpful until they transferred me to the cancellation department a nightmare , I’ve been waiting for over 20mins for my call to be picked up! I am trying to cancel a damn contract here , can I just be provided with the amount needed to pay in order to settle. This isn’t acceptable! Honestly
