Cancellation of Contract
I cancelled my contract in October but my account is still being debited. I've called and also sent an email and was told that the problem will be rectified. This was early December. Come end of December, I'm debited once again. Can someone please help.

If I'm not mistaken, this sounds like the same problem Nigeria was having with MTN. Failing to cancel contracts as requested.
