CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT

So be very very careful when you cancel a cell no with MTN Retensions Department....... I cancelled a cell no in October 2020 . Have an e-mail as proof of cancellation from them. AND TWO MONTHS LATER AM BILLED AGAIN and they have the audacity to send me an SMS stating "We've changed the cancellation date for your 27083------- MTN line to 01/21/2021. You'll be billed accordingly."

So MTN you can just do as you please and cancel things left and right and then just decide you are going to bill people afterwards and just adjust dates according to what you want.........

DISGUSTING

And this is exactly why the big Companies are making more and more money because they know you as the normal man on the street cannot stand up against them in court. NO ETHICS
