Cancellation of contract

Cancellation of contract🚮 I called MTN on the 24th of November 2023 requesting for my contract that was ending on the 26th December 2023 but still today I'm getting billed for the contract and everytime I call customer care I'm being told they don't know how it's possible but I'm still getting billed 🚮
