CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT

I have been in the process of cancelling a contract I took with Mtn through rewards co or mondo since September 2018.Reason for cancellation was being put on a wrong contract that the one I agreed to.Everything was returned and I was told it would only take 30 days for the contract to be cancelled. They were debiting my account and i reversed the money since I cannot pay for something that im not using. I have contacted both Rewards co and Mtn numerous times. Rewards co say they are waiting for feedback from Mtn and Mtn keep saying they are waiting for feedback from the cancellation department. It's frustrating that Im not getting any assistance from both Mtn and rewards co.

I'm not sure what is happening with the person who was initially handling my complaint as I have been unable to get hold of him for a while now.Can somebody from mtn please contact me ,so I can get this mess finalised since my account has been handed over to debt collectors who are apparently communicating with me via the contract numbers which I have no access to since the phone was returned with everything that came with it. I had made quite good progress with mazwi Zuma who was assisting me in order to solve the issue but now I'm stuck because I have tried to get hold of him via email but there is no response .Somebody from Mtn please contact me , I would like this nightmare to end already!
