Cancellation of contract

I have been holding on for over 30 minutes without getting through to the MTN contact centre 1-808, Retentions Dept. Absolutely disgraceful. It is for this reason that I want to cancel my contract with immediate effect i.e. effective 10 October, as I am going onto prepaid
