Cancellation of Contract

I have been trying to cancel my existing contract for almost a month now. I have been phoning 808 from my cell as I cannot cancel my contract in store. I navigate through the menu until I get to retention department and hang on but no answer. Just music playing and nothing after that. I have many recordings available as proof of these calls. MTN PLEASE get your act together and cancel my freakin contract ASAP.
