Cancellation of contract

I've got an account with Mtn ever since they started. I've got a contract that I want to cancel, which expired in May 2022. They refuse to cancel my contract, becausre according to them I renewed the contract, which I never did. Poor, poor service and no feedback from them after sending various e-mails.
