cancellation of contract

MTN not cancelling my contract that ended in March -Very Dissapointed

First email was sent in February and few days I was contacted , by a lady named Desiree/Desire who confirmed my last debit will be 20 march 2020, I asked for a ref Number, and she said Quote my name as ref, due to trusting MTN we then ended the call

but to my surprise debit of R109 went off in April and May , I then sent an email to *** no one responded , not to mention that calling the call Centre is a waste of time , now in June the amount went up to R229, again an email was sent now to both *** and ***

no respond I urgently need my refund and contract cancelled , I will never trust them again
