Cancellation of contract

I have had enough of MTNs ****,I have been asking for a cancellation from November last year,every time I called through I was transferred to so many different departments which was so unprofessional because it seemed as if they didn't know what they were doing,they are running a **** because they lady who assisted me tried to upgrade me instead of cancelling,bare in mind this was in November 2022... I noticed I was being billed the same which meant that my contract wasn't cancelled,i put them on Facebook and then they messaged me,from February I am waiting for feedback,each and every flippen time I message them they keep saying to me we will revert once we have feedback,how long does it take,who is going to pay me my money back,mtn needs to be taken to task because I have tried all means and I have now failed
