CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT

good day

since i started my contract for 2 years with mtn, i haven't received ant monthly statement nor feedback regarding my contract ending, i have been calling the retention department where they cancel the contract however no one is answering my calls, even the call center when you call there is no proper feedback regarding the contract cancellation department.
