CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT
I am Mr T Soobramoney. i tried to cancell my contaract with Mtn since April 2015. I have explained in the previous post as to how difficult it is to cancell the contract via the only method they allow you, and that is to call their 808 number. After several attempts, i did get through to the number and i insisted that my contrat should be cancelled. I was given a reference number and that was that. This month,25/06/2015, Mtn deducted full subscription from my bank account . I did get a responce to my previous post on Hello Peter and thought this matter has been settled, but no IT HAS NOT. SHAME ON YOU MTN!!!
