Cancellation Of Contract

Mr Selaelo Rapadhu called on the 6th April 2021. I did not agree to all that he tried to explained verbally. As the Mtn at the Pavillion said that Mtn has gone onto a new system and many queries have arisen from the debit orders. I requested a statement from the time of inception which was a Black Friday Deal from November 2018 to the time Mtn decided to cancel the contract. I had given ample time to process the cancellation. If Mtn was delayed how does it become my fault. My refund has not been effected. To date the email I requested from Mr Selaelo Rapadhu as well as my statements haven't been actioned. How much longer shall I wait?
