cancellation of cellphone contract

Hellopeter, Please help me,<br> <br> I was having a contract cellphone with MTN SA for two years paying R195,00 per month and my contract was payed up, but my problem started when my contract come to an end on the 24th October 2015 , I did call in 808 to cancel the contract as I was instracted by MTN sales argent on the 01 November 2015 the lady who assisted gave me the Reference Number: *** as my proof that my application has been sent through to contract cancellation department and the lady told me to wait for 30 days to be cancelled as I wanted to keep my number.<br> <br> on the 13 November 2015 I reiceived a call from MTN urgent wanted to know '' why do you want to migrate your number.'' I told her that I was having a contract with MTN but now its up and I want to keep my number, then she told me that my sim card has been migrated from top up to prepaid. but to my suprise that MTN again top up my sim card my question is how can you top up the sim card that is on prepaid? each and every time when calling MTN I was sent to peller to post, then I decided to go to MTN Store to get help and clerity but again no help I put in my formal complain twice but still no respond from MTN up untill now
