Cancellation of additional contract

<p>Hi there</p> <p>About 6 years ago Mtn called and offered me a laptop contract. They also offered an additional number which I said I was not interested in.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have tried to cancel this contract at Mtn Wolmaransstad, Mtn Klerksdorp and Mtn Bay side CT and also your call centre. I have been assured it would be done, but every month our data gets cut off because our account is in arrears. I have now demanded reference numbers, as it just pops up again!!</p> <p>What must a person do to cancel a number that it never appears againot?
