Cancellation of 3G

<p>MTN.. you really bring out the worst in me. I have been trying endlessly to cancel my 3G account (which has expired years ago) with you guys but apparently the only way to do that is to contact the Retentions Deptartment. The problem is that no one is answering the phone. Ever. I have to hold on for 20 - 30 minutes each time and then just hang up out of frustration.</p> <p>It is really incredible how easy it is to get a contract with you, but the moment you want to exit/cancel it is a whole different story.</p> <p> </p> <p>You are more than welcome to contact me should you need more information about this painful journey.</p> <p> </p> <p>E.
