Cancellation not processed and continous Invoicing
Good day,

I have not had a pleasant experience at all with MTN since my account was taken over from Nashua Mobile.

I had request a cancellation to my contract, over 2 months ago. I had received multiple request to retain the account to which I responded each time to please just cancel. I had not ever received further communication. does one just get ignored if they do not want to confirm a renewal and thus forced to keep paying as a cancellation does not get processed or even any further communication liaised.
This has clearly not been processed as I continuously receive invoices. The recent response was that a cancellation can't be processed due to an outstanding amount. THERE WOULD NOT BE AN OUTSTANDING AMOUNT IF THE CANCELLATION WAS PROCESSED AS REQUESTED. How much begging must one do?

I will now consider legal action as this is surely in contravention to the Consumer Protection Act.

N*** [#***4]
