Cancellation Not Done after 2 Years and 5 signatures later
<p>After 2 years of trying to stop my internet ****le after my contract 2 years ago ended with mtn and Mtn rep**** numerous times and saying they will get it done IT IS STILL NOT DONE.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have signed cancellation papers 5 times </p> <p> </p> <p>Any future costumers of MTN please be aware. They don't have any service and are not capable of helping or doing a basic thing </p>

I've been to Mtn lambton and they told me that my contract was ended but why do MTN still substract money from my account. Why is Mtn debit order still going off on my account.
Last month I have stopped the debit order this month MTN substract a different amount as well different ref nr.
If I am not mistaken this is actually a much bigger problem for you at this moment. As this money is substracted from my account *******y by MTN
