Cancellation nightmare. I HATE MTN!

Contract cancelled telephonically. MTN reactivated the cancelled contract and continues to debit my bank account. A complaint has been lodged with the Ombudsman: "Thank you for logging your response with us. Your reference number is displayed below. Reference Id-P43PG5R9"
