Cancellation (MTN)

I have been calling MTN since from Monday and trying to cancel my contract with them. Whenever I call I’ve been transferred from pillar to post with no assistance from the agent . I send an email regarding my request but to date it hasn’t been actioned. I’ve been speaking to agents they not keen on assisting when you try to ask if there are no ways this could help , they still can’t . I spoke to Philisiwe who said the manager will call me but I haven’t received any feedback regarding this . This is totally unacceptable, what a bad customer experience I got to receive from MTN.
