Cancellation make impossible

I am so dissatisfied with MTN service. I recently got ****** and router got ******. MTN has no empathy with the situation whatsoever however I am just trying to cancel policy I don’t have necessary details as device is ****** it is impossible to cancel! No assistance was provided in this matter and I will definitely never support MTN ever again
