Cancellation *****!

I cancelled my contract on 8 October 2021 while it was still in the cooling off period. However, MTN decided to put through another debit order this month! I paid R500 over the last two months for something that I have no benefit over. Can someone please assist? I am so fedup with this network. Cannot wait for all my contracts to expire. 🙄
