Cancellation Figures still not received

I have been trying since the 25th of May to get my cancellation figures. I have phoned in and e-mailed your customer service center on several occasions. Please can someone contact me with my cancellation figures , why do I have to beg for this service, the strike is now being made my problem which isn't fair and I dont have the time to phone after MTN constantly and find out how far my request is. <br> <br>
