Cancellation figures

I spoke to one of your consultants from the Retention team this morning in connection with the cancellation figures. I queried how much it will be for me to cancel this contract and mentioned the amounts over the phone-some I disagreed with and requested that she send me an email with the breakdown of all the amounts and I will take it from there. It is 2:32 pm and she hasn't sent me the email. Kindly send me an email with a breakdown of all the amount payable and the explanations if I want to cancel this contract. Kindly state the notice period on the same email.
