CANCELLATION FEE GONE UP OVER 100%!
Recently Altech Autopage stopped trading and all my company phones were transferred to their respective cell phone providers. <br> I wanted to consolidate all my phones with one provider and as cell c were offering settlement packages and also great deals I asked for cancellation figures on all my accounts. Altech quoted me R 10764 only a month ago but as soon as the account was switched to mtn my cancellation figure became over R 24000!!! There was no breakdown with their figure just an e mail. At least Vodacom gave a breakdown on their contracts.This is tantamount to theft on mtn,s part and there is no way it can be this much. I realise they don't want to lose business but really?
