Cancellation Difficulties/Appalling Service/Unauthorized Debits

Please note that I have requested that my MTN data contract cell number *** be cancelled 4 times in total and received reference numbers from MTN. However, there has been no acknowledgement from MTN and the incorrect amount has been deducted from my bank account. This lack of service is appalling to say the least. We as clients of MTN need to be treated better and requests for services acknowledged and actioned.
