Cancellation department no answer

Want to cancel my contract with MTN called 3 times today held on the line for a hour each time and no answer then call drops.the service is horrible when you want to cancel but as soon as there is a payment problem from your side they are quick to call you.

Now i see im making the right decision to leave MTN

Also went to out local branch and was told they cant assist i have to call 808.What is the use of having a MTN shop in the first place.

Also logged a query from the self service portal and still got no feedback
