Cancellation department is trash

MTN custermer service is trash and it doesn’t mAtter what time you call the cancellation department they will not unswer. l have been trying to terminate a contract with them for so long but no one seems to be in the cancellation department and you should see how they harass you with calls when they want you to upgrade nxla !! I am with this network its not worth it
