Cancellation and upgrade process

😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮MTN is my worse nightmare, I don’t know how long this is going to take, ******** everyone 🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮I wish I could have read the reviews before continuing with this upgrade . I’ve been with these people for 7 years and everything was smooth until last year when my contract ended and I was due to upgrade. My last contract is active haven’t been cancelled, there’s additional costs I know nothing about, every time I check my MTN account there’s a new outstanding balance at this point I rather not have a phone, I’m cancelling your debit order then we will meet in court, I’m not paying for anything until someone call me tell me what the hell is going on. There’s no way I’m paying close to R2000 for a phone that I’m supposed to be paying R470 every month 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
