Cancellation and termination of contracts

I paid up two of my contracts i did phone mtn and got the settlement value and paid it direct on the 14th of January 2020. i phoned them to link the payments, after a week i phone them to check if the numbers were terminated,they said after my new debit order for my third contract it will terminate and i will see the contracts was cancelled , i asked for a letter stating both numbers was canceled and terminated. so my debit order goes off and with the premuim that i use to pay for 3 contracts. The one number *** i spesifically ask to terminate cause one of our employees never came back still uses the number and bad mouthing our company!! Who is going to pay for damages he cause Because you guys dont do what you say??? who is going to credit my account? if this isnt sorted in 2 days i will be seeing my attorneys for a damage claim against you guys
