Cancellation and Refund Of Debit Order

To date my refund of R1129.50 has not been sorted out since January 2021. My emails and my messages are ignored. No one seems to be able to help. Where is the accountability? I was told by Shanel from the Pavillion that there is a new system that has been implemented and numerous clients are complaining about this. What is being done to rectify this? I don't want excuses. I want a solution. That is not much to ask for. Your inefficiency does not help me in the least bit. Wake up and do what needs to be done. Very poor service. I rate your service zero.
