Cancellation and migration services

If MTN client services has no haters, then I am dead. I cancelled my contract with MTN and completed the migration form to move from contract to prepaid. This was done via email and their agents did not confirm that it was completed. I had to follow up. The cherry on top? They barred my cellphone number without communicating instructions on how to remove the barring. If you are thinking of taking out a cellphone contract with MTN, DO NOT DO IT!
