Cancellation.

I've tried calling into the MTN call centre to cancel my contract however cannot get through, I keep being transferred to different departments and then get cut off.

I have also went to the nearest MTN store and was told there is nothing they can do and I should keep trying to call the call centre.

I find this very ridiculous as I was able to sign up at the MTN store however not able to cancel there and no one seems to help.

Very unprofessional.
