Cancellation

WANT my contract cancelled as of immediately this isnt the first complaint i had with mtn. The service is awful first with the insurance never answering or responding to my emails than having attitude as well as the deliveries side does not follow instructions and doesnt deliver my phone on time i asked last month already for the contract to be cancelled im so fed up with the service i have so much emails to prove now suddenly i got told that the accounts department had been under debiting me i did not know about this and i will not be responsible for there errors i dont want anything to do with mtn anymore i want this contract over i am going to take this further if nothing is going.to be done im so fed first its insurance not thw first time with there unprofessional behaviour than customer services i lay complaints and no one responds than there delivery services mixing up my address making me wait more than I'm suppose to for my phone now accounts im fed up PLEASE CANCEL IMMEDIATELY OR LEGAL ACTION WILL BE TAKING PLACE I WILL PAY NO SETTLEMENT FEE I HAVE HAD ENOUGH CHECK.MY RECORDS FOR ALL THE CORRESPONDENCE OR I WILL SEND
