Cancellation

I just spoke to Anelisa Mbovu from MTN Retention regarding my router cancellation contract because I was given a router that pin-pointed in a different location and that my location does not have a coverage. She told me that she's unable to cancel because she can't see B something message from MTN phola Mall to process the cancellation. I took the router to MTN phola Mall KwaMhlanga. The transaction number is IRMS***.

I would like MTN to cancel the contract because I never got to use it and I don't want to pay for something I did not use.
