Cancellation?

<p>I called to cancel a contract held with MTN and received reference ********** 45, i was told it has been cancelled, this was in January, i am still being charged for it. I thought maybe there was one last debit to go off for this and left it in February, it has gone of since then every month. I expect this to be dealt with and a reversal of all charged for March, April and May. This is pathetic, if i cancel something i expect it to be cancelled. i should not have to complain to get things done, i would move all my contracts from MTN but i am sure they would carry on charging me for them. their terrible service must has caught up and this is the only way they can make money i guess?</p>
