Cancellation
I got a phone contract in December 2018 and took the phone back on the 3th day and they cancelled my contract but I still got billed and MTN said mobile plus must cancel my contact and mobile plus said MTN must cancel it. Now I have been taken to their attorneys but it's them that can't cancel my contract like they should have and I don't even have the phone since the 3rd day I gave it back. Someone please help.
