Cancellation

Good day,

I've been trying trying to cancel my contract with MTN for a week now. The calls to the cancellation department are not being answered. I've been put on hold for over an hour today still no consultant could assist. I am really fed up with this service provider. The reference number for today's call ***

It's really unfortunate that when we sign up for these contracts we do it store, but the cancellation must only be done over the phone(which is a struggle).
