Cancell my contract iam done paying you

I have a contract ending in January. I was told to cancel it a month before, but when I tried calling, nobody answered. I went to the Pavilion mall branch on the 10th of December, and the guy working at counter 4 was extremely rude. He was even wearing his name badge upside down so that I couldn’t see his name. He called his manager, but even they said they unfortunately couldn’t help me, even though I showed them that I couldn’t do it on my phone.

It is very disappointing that when MTN needs a sale, I am welcome to come into the branch, but when I am done paying, I must sort it out myself.
