Canceling your contract

I always heared stories about MTN when it comes to canceling your contract I am actually having the worst experience trying to cancel this contract being sent from department to department I canceled which was confirmed and my last bill escalated and now I'm being told I am on a month to month contract, one department tells me I have upgraded the other tells me they can confirm I have canceled but they cannot explain my invoice.

Do yourself a favor don't get a contract with this people yhooo
