Canceling of contract

I’ve been struggling for months now to cancel a contract which I have no been using since last year!

I keep on being charged for stopped debit orders on my bank, my credit score has now decreased and has jeopardized my home loan application.

I’ve paid for every single thing, I’ve sent confirmation of cancellation, I’ve called and spoken to so many people but yet I am still here. Someone needs to let me know what now needs to happen. My credit is a mess because of this.

Your social media pages have been off absolute no help. What else needs to happen??
