Canceled new contract

I app**** for a new contract, then I decided to cancel the deal, and I contacted MTN to cancel but they were deducting on monthly basis for a cellphone that I didn't have, so I wrote a complaint telling them that I did not collect the phone from the courier I canceled the application. but they were deducting monthly installments from my account. They cancelled the contract and refunded me with the amount that they have been deducting.
